In the carefully selected wine list, there is of course “Kikuka wine” which is known nationwide for its rarity. Shochu and craft beer of Kumamoto are also available.
Most of vegetables used for the dishes are provided by the particular famers the owner chef himself went to have a look their farms and contracted with. In addition to those, not only delicious but also safe and secure ingredients such as Akaushi (beef) raised with only feed from Kyushu, Amakusadaiou (chicken) raised without genetically modified feed and milk and eggs from grass fed cows and chickens are used. Appetizers with lots of fresh vegetables, authentic pizza and pasta, and meat dishes are enjoyable in courses or can be ordered as single dishes.
