This restaurant provides dishes using a lot of meats and vegetables from Kumamoto, an agricultural prefecture. Kuroge Wagyu “Wao (Beef) ”, “Kumamoto Rindo Pork”, seasonal fresh vegetables and fruits delivered from famers every day, and of course, local rice “Mori no Kumasan” are used.
You can enjoy salad buffet, set menus which has a lot of dishes, hamburg steaks, hirekatsu (deep fried pork fillet) at lunch time. And at dinner time, Seiro-mushi, which is steamed beef or pork with a lot of vegetables, Shabu-shabu, Sukiyaki and steaks have a good reputation. Also, you can taste a lot of local alcohols such as the original shochu which is produced by each JA (Japanese Agricultural Cooperatives) in Kumamoto, many kinds of Japanese sake which are produced by breweries in Kumamoto city or Aso area, and Kumamoto wine.
