This Italian cuisine is owned by the chef Kenshin Miyamoto, who traveled to Italy as a teenager and trained there for nearly 10 years. Since he won the prize as the youngest award winner of the “Cooking Masters”, award from the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Japan in 2011, he has continued offering how wonderful Japanese agriculture is to people through his cooking.
In addition to lunch where you can casually enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, dinner courses using seasonal Kumamoto ingredients are perfect for special nights. Wonderful taste such as Akaushi (beef) from Aso, organic vegetables or cheese which are produced by elaborate farmers’ work are enjoyable only at this cuisine. Also, the wine selection matches all dishes here is fabulous. Wines made with Italian native grapes, Kumamoto wine which has been attracting attention in recent years and Kumamoto’s local craft beer are available too.
