5 meters large Ikesu (fish tank) and various types of seafood, lined up in the showcase in front of the counter, are masterpieces. There is no doubt that the appetite is intrigued by the smell of the dishes drifting from the open kitchen. You can enjoy meals not only with large groups of people such as families or friends in the large private rooms but also with fun of selecting what you eat watching fine seafood in front of you at the counter table.
In the drink menu of local Kumamoto sake and rice shochu, there is a very rare limited premium one. Especially, “Hibari” produced at Tsujun shuzo in Yamato or “Bokushu” produced at Zuiyo shuzo, which both are using “Kumamoto kobo (yeast)”, are the best sake of Kumamoto, and strongly recommend.

This sake has a harmony of rich depth of taste and umami in calm and sophisticated aroma. Both “Okan (hot)” and “Hiya (cold)” are enjoyable because of its dry and crisp quality.
